For 2 and a half years we have been doing our Gypsy Friday Night Dinners and it has really been fun. Although most of you know us as that downtown breakfast and lunch joint, those that have found their way into Fridays Nights are always rewarded with a good time. This is when Chef creates a special menu from his vast array of personal recipes, sourced from local ingredients. And then to top it off we have very cool music by local musicians.
You know you are in West County paradise when the apple blossoms bloom. Saturday is the Sebastopol Apple Blossom parade and we will be open for breakfast from 8:30-10:00 then reopen 12:30-3:00 for lunch. We do not have our Giant Egg float in the parade this year but we will be on the street cheering everyone on. And Just in case you have not heard the NEWS we are adding Saturdays to our Friday Night Dinner schedule starting May 3rd. Many of our regulars have trouble getting in after work on Friday SO you will soon have two nights a week to try Chefs special Dinners.
Apple Time
As we head into April and watch the Apple Blossoms bloom we look forward to the Sebastopol Apple Blossom Festival and Parade the weekend of the 12th 13th. Come and have breakfast before the parade and enjoy our SWEET town. Something else to look forward to and I am not April Fooling. We are adding Saturday night Dinners to our schedule starting May 1st. After SO many requests we are opening for two nights a week for our chef inspired comfort food dinners. So put it on your calendars. Dinners two nights a week starting in May. Happy Spring
Tornado chased us home
As we were just leaving our friend’s restaurant in Granite Bay near Roseville about six o’clock last night, a half a dozen iPhones went off with a tornado warning. Heading west on I-80 across the Sacramento Delta we could see a monstrous black sky in the rear view mirror.
