OMG some great new additions to Friday Dinner

Yes, we added some wonderful new small plates and salads to the Friday Night Dinner Menu that you MUST come try.  We used to hear from our customers that our dinners were too filling.  So we added some smaller options and everyone was so happy.  We now have Dinner sized salads for the summer palate, small plates that are a meal in itself especially if you also try one of our half salads.  But if you still want our signature Fried Chicken, or Pot Roast they are still on the menu along with Chefs favorite Flat Iron grilled to perfection, or Local Fresh Fish of the week or Pesto Linguini…Come enjoy live music and Friday Night Dinners.

Mothers Day

IMG_0001It happens every May, Mothers Day.  And every May we scramble to come up with something special to show our mom’s how much we care.  The Gypsy Cafe is all about my mom.  She was the gypsy in our family. Adopted and not knowing who her real parents were, she used to dream she was from far away places.  We used to imagine just where she might come from and her style always reflected a rather nomadic attitude.  When I decided to open the Gypsy Cafe, I named it after her.  So happy Mothers Day Mom, thanks for inspiring my gypsy soul.
