Having a restaurant in West County is so rewarding.  We have so many great farms and wonderful grass fed meats and eggs from healthy chickens.  Then when you put all these great things in the hands of a good chef.  Magic happens.  Sebastopol is a very special place and we are so glad to be here.

Sebastopol… Its nice to be in a town that thrives on being simple and being friendly.  After three years of running the Gypsy I have found my job, to not really be a JOB.  Strangely enough its been about making new friends, working with wonderful people and sharing it all with the town. Everyone thought having a restaurant would be a burden and yet I find my happiest days are the weekends when I get to work with my sweet staff and hear the local news from all the customers.  Its nice to know the Town Cafe is not gone.. Thanks for being a part of our family.

Gypsy Cafe has a monthly Saturday House Concert because we want you to be able to see great local artists in a nice place where you can sit and enjoy great live tunes without the hub bub of the ‘wait in line and fight for a seat’ club.  We turn our comfy cafe into a music venue again March 21st with Craig Corona doing his John Denver Tribute. Chef and I are working on a new Fall/Winter menu.  We will keep all your Gypsy favorites but Chef is bringing in Fall and Winter veggies and creating some great recipes. He is  thinking about house French Onion Soup and Chicken Pot Pie to add to our Local Fresh Fish, Steaks, Pot Roast and Fried Chicken. Remember we serve Breakfast all day on the weekends so make your brunch plans and bring your friends.
