Hoorah for the Supreme Court and for America the free and the fourth of July. We will be open for dinner before Sebastopols fireworks on Friday July 3rd. Where does time go. Summer already… The Gypsy garden is growing and we are starting to pick up more and more local produce for our summer specials. Lazy days of summer? Come for dinner Friday nights after time in your garden and enjoy some music and a good dinner. Heading to the beach? We serve breakfast all day including our fresh biscuits and gravy. Tasting wine or shopping our local antiques stores? Fresh Salads and signature sandwiches are waiting to fill the gap before dinner. Anyway you look at it Summer is our favorite time to eat since we have so many fresh items to choose from. See you soon

Having a restaurant in West County is so rewarding.  We have so many great farms and wonderful grass fed meats and eggs from healthy chickens.  Then when you put all these great things in the hands of a good chef.  Magic happens.  Sebastopol is a very special place and we are so glad to be here.

Sebastopol… Its nice to be in a town that thrives on being simple and being friendly.  After three years of running the Gypsy I have found my job, to not really be a JOB.  Strangely enough its been about making new friends, working with wonderful people and sharing it all with the town. Everyone thought having a restaurant would be a burden and yet I find my happiest days are the weekends when I get to work with my sweet staff and hear the local news from all the customers.  Its nice to know the Town Cafe is not gone.. Thanks for being a part of our family.
