Design and space Planning of homes in need of an update or a few new pieces of furnture or rearranging. I can do consulting as well as design or purchasing for your new home.
Commercial Design
Design and space planning, concept and brand development
Preliminary site analysis – initial rough cost estimates
Create business plans and develop start up budgets
Provide Interior and exterior design details
Provide FF&E specifications
Work with Clients, Architects and Contractors to set up project
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Supervise the purchase of FF&E
Supervise design and fabrication of custom FF&E
Track FF&E deliveries
Design fees are billed at $125.00 per hour
or 10% of renovation costs
Project Management fees are billed
bi-monthly at $50.00 per hour
