Chef launches Spring Menu

Whats new at the Gypsy Cafe.  Come try Chef Martins Braised Pork and Heirloom yellow eye Beans or Seared Polenta and Greens.  With this Hot Hot weather and local spring veggies coming on strong come have a cold local beer or glass of Truett Hurst Sauv Blanc and enjoy  a Roasted Beet salad with goat cheese, OR the Sesame Chicken salad with pickled ginger OR the Gypsy Cobb tossed in chef’s Pt.
