Our wonderful Sarah went to India and completed Yoga Training over winter and now is teaching all over town. If you would like to try her amazing classes here is where she teaches and when:

Sabena is graduating from UC Davis and has landed a fellowship in Kenya for the next two years. We are so excited and proud of her great work. Meanwhile she has also received a grant to try and empower young women through the Tese Foundation in Zimbabwe. AND she needs our help to buy supplies to teach her students. If anyone is interested in sending donations for her program they would be so appreciated. Sabena is dedicated to helping young people all over the world and there is no stopping her.
