Designing spaces for Mike and Molly was a joy. They knew what they wanted and we combined some beautiful ideas into their timeless space. They are so good at what they do that Hawks became a classic from day one. Michelin has their number and its always a special occasion seeing what they are putting together each night. Even with their more casual Provisions and Public House the quality of what they put on the plate is local fresh and seasonal as well as delicious. They are an incredible couple and their professional team reflects their family attitude in both fine and casual dining settings. Its a winning combination of talent and great ingredients with an incredible team.
